Downer is seeking an Estate Appraisal & Asset Data Auditor to join our permanent Sydney team. You will conduct estate condition assessments, verify asset data, and collaborate with internal teams and Defence stakeholders to ensure accurate information.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate IV in Asset Management (or equivalent) and proven audit/data analysis experience; asbestos awareness and White Card are desirable. Downer provides support, training, and a solid inclusive culture.
