Uniting's headspace Mount Druitt site is seeking a Youth Access Team Clinician to support young people aged *****. You will be the first point of contact, conducting intake, assessments and coordinating care to support recovery journeys.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, developing person-centred, biopsychosocial care plans and linking clients to appropriate services. AHPRA/AASW eligibility and mental health experience are essential.
