The Organisation
n JK Personnel is partnering with multiple well-established and respected Ballarat-based employers across a range of industries, including carpentry, manufacturing and food production. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and physically capable Labourers for ongoing roles, with immediate starts available.

The Roles
n Duties within either a manufacturing or food production environment may include:
n
n
Operating hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
n
Moving, stacking, and managing stock and materials
n
General manual labour and cleaning as required
n
Assembly, coordination and fitting of products
n




Ensure quality requirements are met
n
n
Ideal candidates will have:
n
n
Previous manufacturing or process work experience
n
Confidence using a range of hand and power tools
n
Ability to carry out consistent manual labour
n
Robust work ethic and reliability
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Strong focus on workplace safety
n
n
