Job Description
The Living Company is seeking an FP&A; Analyst to support planning, forecasting and reporting across its student living, rent-to-live and retirement living platforms. You will own the analytical layer under the group's management company numbers and partner with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-day includes building revenue and cost models, budgets and forecasts, and producing Power BI dashboards. Prior ERP exposure and finance qualifications are advantageous.
