Reporting into the General Manager you will be the hub of information, responsible for creating a seamless member & guest first-impression experience and delivering exceptional service levels. This is a part‐time role offering ***** hours a week, requiring flexibility and availability to work during the week and on weekends as needed. The position would also suit a parent re‐entering the workforce, and looking for flexibility around children's activities and school.
Key responsibilities n
Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests.
n
Ensure the Club's policies, rules and regulations are adhered to including enforcing the dress regulations.
n
Assist members and guests with all enquiries in a qualified and timely manner.
n
Perform daily banking and administrative duties.
n
Assist in the organisation of golf bookings for members, visitors and social groups.
n
Assist in the administration of the club membership database.
n
Assist in the facilitation of daily club events, fixtures and meetings.
n
Assist members and guests with other reception-based enquiries.




About you n
Minimum 1-year experience in either a reception or administration related role.
n
Personable approach with a demonstrated passion for customer service.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
n
Intermediate computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs.
n
Current NSW RSA.
n
Working rights in Australia.
