Job Description
We are currentlyseeking
KITCHEN HANDS
to join the team at Soul Origin M4 East on a Casual basis!
Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you!
You'llbe responsible for:
Preparing all menu items in a safe and productive manner.
Ordering and receiving stock.
Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.
Qualifications
To be successfulyou'llhave:
Experience using commercial grade knives
Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail




Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays asrequired
A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
Available for early morning starts from 4:30am.
