two passionate and dedicated Cooks (Kitchen & Pastry)
to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Shows flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

Takes pride in delivering consistent quality and exceptional guest experiences.
n
Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
n
Can follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures accurately.
n
Qualification n
n
Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or equivalent qualification preferred.
n
Demonstrated experience in pastry production within a hotel, restaurant,



bakery, or commercial kitchen environment.
n
Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, food presentation, and dessert production.
n
Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality workplace.
n
Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
n
Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
n
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
A current Food Handling Certificate is advantageous.
