About the Role
n
n
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
n
n
n
Deliver high-quality, play-based educational experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
n
n
Develop and implement engaging educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
n
Observe, assess and document children's learning and development using Storypark, ensuring each child's individual interests, strengths and goals are reflected in planning.
n
n




Contribute to the planning cycle by developing meaningful experiences that extend children's learning.
n
n
Foster warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
n
n
Create and maintain safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
n
n
Support the service in maintaining compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standard and Little Kindy's policies and procedures.
n
n
Assist with quality improvement initiatives, compliance documentation and service administration.
n
n
Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and education team to continuously improve the quality of the service.
n
n
Act as the Responsible Person when required (where applicable and appropriately qualified).
n
About You
n
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
n
Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
n
n
Previous experience working within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
n
n
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
n
n
Experience in educational programming and documenting children's learning using Storypark or similar software (preferred).
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
n




A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
n
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
n
n
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
n
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
Current Child Protection and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
n
