Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Lead and manage the DCIR team, and other RBDM service delivery teams as required, by coordinating human and financial resources, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service in accordance with legislative, policy and service model requirements.
n
Provide leadership and performance management through supervision, mentoring and coaching of staff to support trauma-informed engagement with applicants and ensure the timely and accurate processing of donor conception records, applications for donor conception information and other RBDM applications.
n
Manage complex and sensitive matters, including acting as the escalation point for staff, engaging directly with applicants where required, and exercising delegated decision‐making authority in relation to RBDM services.
n
Provide high-level client and stakeholder management,
including maintaining professional relationships with assisted reproductive technology providers.
n
Provide subject matter expertise for the DCIR,
including contributing to policy advice, preparing briefings and correspondence, and providing authoritative information to support organisational and ministerial reporting.
n
Foster a high-performing team culture,
promoting collaboration, continuous improvement and cutting-edge approaches to service delivery while ensuring customer needs, legislative requirements and stakeholder expectations are met.
