We're urgently looking for
Community Support Workers
living in the
Illawarra Region
. In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes-while staying connected to their community.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
n
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
n
Supporting with domestic tasks
n
Community Access
n
What You'll Get n

Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
n
Paid induction and continuous training
n
Regular weekday roster (Mon-Fri, between 9am-6pm)
n
Minimum 3-4 days availability required
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
n




Willingness to learn and grow
n
Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing - highly regarded)
n
Disability/Aged Care experience
n
Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
n
Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
n
