nWhere You'll Make a Difference n

n
Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, and process scale-up activities.
n
n
Analyze process data and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.
n
n
Develop process documentation and temporary manufacturing instructions.
n
n
Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D; teams to deliver business objectives.
n
n
Support capital projects, equipment commissioning, and plant start-up activities.
n
n

nWhat Makes You the Right Fit n
n
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
n
3+ years' experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
n
n
Understanding of process development, scale-up, and manufacturing operations.
n
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
n
n
n
nHow Would You Stand Out? n
n
n
n
Experience in food ingredients, beverage, flavour, or nutrition manufacturing.
n
n
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
n
n
Experience supporting capital investment or operational excellence projects.
