Tech BA with 8+ years of experience and minimum of 5+ years of BA experience in Payment's domain to bridge business requirements and technical implementation across payment systems, and data mapping.
Detailed Job Description Key Skills Needed: n

Ability to interpret complex payment data flows
n
Experience with data mapping between JSON structures, event streams, and databases
n
Understanding of payment systems (NPP, RTGS, SWIFT)
n
Solid requirements-gathering and documentation skills
n
Ability to map business requirements into technical field-level specifications
n
Experience with data lineage and data triage
n
Working knowledge of SQL
n
AI & Tooling Skills: n
n
Familiarity with AI Tools like M365 Copilot
n
Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, e.g. M365 Copilot for Excel/data analysis
n
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
