Connected Well in Canowindra is seeking an engaged Registered Nurse to support three areas: a Nurse Led Clinic for triage and work-up, GP clinic support for chronic disease management, and routine community procedures such as immunisations and wound care.

The role requires solid communication, teamwork and a capability to work independently within scope of practice; prior primary care experience is preferred, with training provided as needed.
