About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll drive the service's success—leading your team, supporting families, and creating a welcoming workplace where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities
n
Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality OSHC service.
n
Inspire, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional care.
n
Plan and oversee engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate programs that reflect children's interests and promote wellbeing.
n
Build meaningful partnerships with families, the school community, and local stakeholders.
n
Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and organisational policies.
n
Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets, and service administration.
n
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and child-centred practice.
About You
n
You'll enjoy leading from the front and believe strong relationships are the foundation of a successful service.
n




You'll ideally bring:
n
Experience leading or coordinating an OSHC, Early Childhood, or School Age Care service (or be ready to step confidently into a leadership role).
n
A genuine passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families.
n
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
n
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
n
A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.
