Lambton Law Solicitors is seeking an experienced
Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
to join our team on a
full-time basis
.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly and supportive law firm and is looking for a role where they can manage their own matters while being part of a close-knit team.
About the Role n
You will be responsible for managing a range of
residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish
, including:
n
n
Acting for clients on the sale and purchase of property
n
Preparing and reviewing contracts
n
Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to settlement
n
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, financial institutions and other relevant parties
n
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
n
Conducting title and property searches
n
Managing electronic settlements through PEXA
n
Attending to post-settlement matters
n
Providing clients with clear, practical and timely advice throughout their matter
n
n




There may also be opportunities to work across other areas of property law depending on your experience and interests.
About You n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Is a
Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor admitted in NSW
n
Has experience managing conveyancing matters independently
n
Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Is confident communicating with clients and other professionals
n
Can manage competing deadlines and a busy workload
n
Is proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Takes pride in providing friendly, skilled and practical service to clients
n
Has experience using
PEXA and Smokeball
n
