The practice includes significant litigation in the District, Supreme, Federal and High Courts, as well as international disputes and arbitrations.
Matters may include:
Complex commercial contract disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes, including oppression claims, derivative actions and joint venture disputes
Disputes under the Corporations Act ****
Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
Trade practices, misleading and deceptive conduct and consumer protection disputes




Continuous disclosure and disputes involving publicly listed companies
Resources litigation and joint venture disputes
Intellectual property disputes
Real estate and construction-related disputes
Medical indemnity and negligence claims
Injunctive and emergency relief, including freezing and search orders
International arbitrations
This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll be exposed to sophisticated disputes across multiple industries and develop your experience across both litigation and broader commercial dispute resolution.
We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation lawyer with:
2+ years' PAE
, with lawyers up to approximately 6 years' experience considered
Commercial litigation experience gained within a specialist, mid-tier or top-tier firm
Strong technical and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine commitment to providing high-quality client service
The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your matters
