Lucky Spark Pty Ltd trading as Park Central Cafe & Restaurant in Kiama NSW seeks an experienced Chef to join our team. This full time permanent role offers an annual salary of AU$80,000 plus superannuation.
You will plan, direct and supervise food preparation, determine presentation, manage production schedules, and ensure quality. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience, with a focus on modern Australian cuisine and food safety.
