Shepherd Services is seeking a Project Manager – Civil & Disaster Recovery to lead end-to-end delivery of road and disaster recovery projects across regional Australia. The role involves roster-based work across multiple sites with in office leadership, safety, quality control and active stakeholder engagement.
You will manage conditions on varied sites, build trust with councils and communities, and apply the Shepherd Way to ensure defensible, structured delivery.
