An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join our Insurance client undertaking a huge, digital transformation program.
n
As a technical expert in digital architecture, you will contribute towards the commercial and digital architecture aiming to ensure consistency with the overall architecture framework, technology & innovation standards while helping them build word class
Desired experience: n
n
Background in designing technology solutions that support customer communications across multiple digital channels in insurance or financial services.
n
A strong track record of architecting with complex digital solutions across Web, Data & Integration programs
n
Experience using customer data and behavioural insights to create personalised and relevant digital experiences.
n
Strong ability to collaborate across technology,



design and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
n
Understanding of modern DevOps approaches, including CI/CD, automation, Cloud-native development & IaC
n
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to confidently deal with competing priorities, changing timelines & bridging the business with tech
n
Engage with business leaders early to shape technology strategy, define the solution approach and ensure alignment with business priorities
n
Lead the adoption of AI-driven innovation across cross-functional teams to adopt cutting-edge technologies that enhance customer experiences
n
Software engineering / technical background strongly preferred
n
