Key Responsibilities n
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.

Oversee scheduling, rostering, and deployment of cleaning staff to client sites.

Monitor service delivery, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly.

Provide regular performance updates and ensure contract requirements are met.

Identify opportunities for service expansion and account growth.

Mentor and guide the operations team to maintain high standards of professionalism and safety.
About You n
Proven experience in a
client-facing or operations role
within the
cleaning services industry
.
n
Strong communication, organisational,



and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain robust client relationships.

Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Understanding of relevant industry standards, compliance, and WHS practices.
