The Opportunity n
Join a high growth fintech that's redefining business lending in Australia. With over a decade of experience solving complex credit challenges for SMEs, this business is continuing to scale and looking for a Credit Analyst to help shape the future of their small to mid-market lending.

You'll assess and structure credit for small to mid-sized businesses, focused on commercial transactions such as cashflow lending and asset finance. Partnering closely with the sales and relationship teams, you'll play a key role in delivering smart, tech-driven credit decisions that balance risk, commerciality, and speed.
What You'll Do n
n
Conduct end-to-end credit assessments using financial statements, bank data, and alternative sources.
n
Partner with Relationship Managers and Brokers to structure tailored funding solutions.
n
Analyse financial and non-financial risk to make informed, timely lending decisions. Maintain accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation.

Support ongoing portfolio management and periodic reviews of existing clients.
n Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and strengthen risk outcomes.

What You'll Bring n
n
Proven background in commercial credit analysis or credit management, ideally with DLA.
n
SME credit decisioningis essential, with exposure to both asset finance and cashflow lending preferred.
n
Ability to make balanced, pragmatic decisions in a quick-moving environment.
n
A confident communicator who can work collaboratively across teams.
