We are currently looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our FOGO rollout team across the City of Swan. This is a practical, rapid‐paced role suited to people who enjoy physical work, being out on the road, and working as part of a supportive team.
n
You'll play an important part in helping deliver the City's three‐bin system rollout, supporting better recycling and waste outcomes for the community.
What You'll Be Doing: n
No two days look the same. You'll be out in the community completing a variety of tasks, including:
n
n
Driving a Workpower ute or van throughout the City of Swan to complete daily bin delivery and collection routes
n
Delivering, exchanging and collecting residential waste bins and lids
n
Assembling, loading and unloading FOGO, General Waste & Recycling bins (140L–360L)
n
Carrying out bin swap operations at residential properties
n
Exchanging bin lids in line with customer requirements
n
Accurately completing route sheets and recording bin serial numbers
n
Conducting vehicle and equipment pre‐start checks before each shift
n
Reporting incidents, hazards, and near misses to your supervisor
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets
n

Have courier,



delivery or driver experience (highly regarded).
n
Are confident driving a ute or van as part of your daily duties.
n
Are comfortable around machinery or keen to learn (training provided).

Have a strong safety mindset.

Work well in diverse teams, including alongside people with disability.
n
Bring a positive, practical approach to work.
You'll Need: Required: n

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Driver's licence (HR highly regarded)

National Police Clearance
n
Nice to Have: n

HR Driver's Licence
n
Forklift Licence (HRWL) and/or Mobile equipment experience
n
