About the Role n
We're looking for a committed and detail-focused person to join our team in a full‐time
Customer Service & Data Entry role.
n
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with valued clients and collaborate across departments to help deliver exceptional products and service.
n
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in providing a smooth and professional experience for our customers. You'll work closely with internal teams to uphold the high standard of service National Glass is known for.
Key responsibilities include n
n
Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Entering customer orders accurately into our internal systems
n
Preparing and sending quotes within required time frames
n




Communicating with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
n
Supporting the sales team to maintain strong client relationships
n
n
This role requires strong computer skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software systems.

Enthusiastic, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Experience with customer service in the glazing industry is preferred, but not a requirement.
