About the Role n
As part of our dynamic and professional team, your role will include:

Installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems
n
Field servicing, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units
n
Providing reliable technical support both independently and collaboratively
n
Maintaining strong communication and customer service standards
n
Completing detailed service reports
n
Key Responsibilities n
n
Carrying out project work and system installations
n
Diagnosing and repairing faults in critical cooling environments
n
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and procedures
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
n




Managing service calls efficiently and professionally
n
What We're Looking For n
To be successful in this role, you will need:
n
n
A trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
n
A current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
A White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
n
Solid experience with fault finding and servicing refrigeration sytems
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Commitment to safety and quality standards
n
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
