Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in Australia to lead end-to-end demand planning, optimize inventory, and minimize disruptions in a quick-paced retail environment. You will drive the S&OP; cycle, manage demand plans in SAP IBP, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts and supply with business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in demand planning, SAP/IBP experience, and strong Excel capability.
