Job Description
Embracia Victoria Moonee Valley is seeking a Social Carer / Lifestyle (Activities) Assistant to lead engaging activities for residents. You will run art and craft, bingo, games and more, integrating fun with purposeful care in a vibrant team.

The role supports care planning, documentation, and compliance with Accreditation and local standards. A Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle and a current police check are preferred, with a focus on dementia care and person-centered engagement.
