Our client is seeking a
Trainee Seafood Processor
to join their busy seafood production and retail team in
Myaree
. This hands-on role involves preparing premium fresh seafood to the highest quality standards while supporting daily production and customer service in a commercial food preparation environment.

Whether you're an experienced Fish Filleter or bring transferable skills from a commercial kitchen, busy bar and restaurant, or food manufacturing background, training is available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Fillet, portion and prepare a variety of fresh seafood to a consistently high standard
n
Complete seafood processing and food preparation tasks efficiently to meet daily production requirements
n
Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and quality standards
n
Safely operate knives and follow established workplace procedures
n
Assist with packing, product presentation and general production duties
n
Contribute to a clean,



organised and safe work environment
n
Front of House customer service during peak service times
n
Support and maintain high quality product presentation and hygiene standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Fish Filleter, Seafood Processor, Meat Processsor or within a commercial kitchen, food production or food manufacturing environment
n
Strong knife skills and confidence handling fresh food products
n
Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing quality work
n
Reliable, punctual and available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
n
Able to work efficiently in a fast production environment
n
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a close-knit team
n
