nWhat You'll Be Doing: n
n




You'll take ownership of a quality residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
n
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
n
n
Managing your own residential portfolio with leasing, admin & accounts support;
n
n
Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants;
n
n
Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals;
n
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs;
n
n
Managing arrears and tenancy matters;
n
n
Working closely with administration and leasing support; and
n
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

n
nAbout You n
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
n
n
Previous Property Management experience;
n
n
Current NSW Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence;
n
n
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills;
n
n
Strong organisation and time management;
n
n
A proactive, positive attitude; and
n
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
