nJob Description n

Oversee group financial reporting, associate financial analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
n
n
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
n
n
Prepare high-quality Board papers, reporting packs and executive-level commentary.
n
n
Support the investor relations function with accurate financial information, analysis and insights.
n
n
Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
n
n
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risks.
n
n
Partner with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the broader organisation.
n
n
Monitor cash flow and manage company assets effectively.
n
n
Manage multiple reporting priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced listed environment.
n
n
n
nThe Successful Applicant n
n
n
n
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and a CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
n
n




An experienced senior finance professional with a robust background in group reporting, external reporting or a similarly complex finance environment.
n
n
Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
n
n
Proven experience preparing Board papers, executive reporting packs and senior-level financial commentary.
n
n
Proven experience in financial management within the retail industry.
n
n
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing a team of direct reports.
n
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
n
Experience supporting investor relations or working within an ASX-listed environment preferable.
n
n
Comfortable working at pace while juggling multiple high-profile priorities and deadlines.
