ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Workforce Planning to drive predictive, demand-driven staffing across Australia's largest hospitality network. You'll own data analytics for workforce tooling, build models linking demand to labour hours, and partner with the BEX program to enable smarter rostering decisions.
