Synergie is seeking an entry level Civil Labourer to join us on the Sunshine Coast

This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil works, particularly road construction, who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The work is physically demanding and includes both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and adaptability are essential.

Shifts: Day and night works, including weekends as required

Key Requirements:

Entry-level or junior construction experience (timber or bridge work advantageous)
n
High physical fitness and stamina
n
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
n
Robust work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
n
Valid Queensland "C" class driver's license
n
Ability to integrate into a high-energy team environment
n
Willingness to participate in formal training (e.g., Civil Trades Development Program)
n
Pre-employment medical assessment required
