Queensland Health is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Redland Hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will provide high-quality mental health assessment and intervention to patients presenting to the ED, working within a multidisciplinary, patient-centred team.
You will manage an allocated caseload, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with families, carers and external services to support protected, person-centred discharge planning
