We are seeking a
mature-minded, enthusiastic and reliable Store Supervisor
to join our team in Caringbah.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy family entertainment venue.
n
Sunday and Monday availability is mandatory for this role. Additional availability, particularly midweek and Saturday evenings will be highly regarded.
About You n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
A minimum of
3 years' experience in a retail, hospitality or similar
supervisory/management
role
n
A mature mindset with the confidence to lead by example
n
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for excellent customer service
n
Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and support a young team
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high operational standards
n
Initiative, reliability and the ability to work independently
n
A sensible, calm and practical approach to problem-solving
n
Experience handling customer complaints professionally and effectively
n




Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation experience
n
Intermediate computer skills and confidence using workplace systems
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
n
A
current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
A
current First Aid Certificate
n
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead, coach and support team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth running of the centre
n
Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism
n
Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
n
Complete senior retail-style duties including cash management, reporting and operational tasks
n
Train and mentor team members, encouraging accountability and teamwork
n
Ensure policies, procedures and service standards are consistently followed
n
Promote a safe, positive and welcoming environment for children, families and staff
n
