Job Description
HammondCare's Elderwise Social Club in Scone NSW seeks a permanent full time leader to oversee a dedicated team delivering social club services. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, and involves coordinating care, budgets and staff across HammondCare sites.

You will ensure CHSP and Aged Care Act compliance, lead staff, manage finances and strive for targeted club outcomes while supporting volunteers in a busy environment.
