Bluegum is a family-run business in Sunbury. For over 10 years, we have helped hundreds of homeowners across Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges go all-electric: solar, batteries, EV chargers, heat pump hot water and electrical upgrades, all under one roof and all done in-house.

About the role n
This is a leadership role. You are responsible for our install teams: their quality, their efficiency, and being the go-to support they can count on. This is a chance to shape how the work gets done, without the pressure of running your own show.
What you would be doing n

Leading the install teams and setting the quality standard
n
Keeping the crews running smoothly day to day
n
Being the first person the team turns to when a job gets tricky
n
Running weekly toolbox talks and training
n




Bringing new installers up to speed, the Bluegum way

About you n
We are looking for a natural leader. Someone with real attention to detail, who takes pride in quality work and enjoys mentoring and guiding a team towards it. You lead by example, you stay calm when a job gets complicated, and people trust your judgement.

A track record of quality work
n
Current SAA accreditation for solar and battery
n
Extensive solar and battery install experience
n
A robust domestic electrical background
n
