What You'll Bring: n

Prior experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Receptionist in a general practice setting
n




Strong working knowledge of Best Practice software
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff rosters, patient flow, and compliance
n
A calm, solutions-focused mindset and genuine care for patients and staff
n
What You'll Do: n

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the practice
n
Lead and support reception and administrative staff
n
Manage human recourses
n
Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health, and
n
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and policies
n
Do staff rosters and pays
n
