Quantum Civil is a growing civil contractor delivering commercial and infrastructure projects across Victoria. We seek an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating team, prepare competitive tenders and drive strategic growth of the business.

The role reports to Directors and collaborates with operations to ensure successful handovers, prospect spotting, and value engineering to win work. Experience in civil estimating and leadership is essential for this pivotal position.
