Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to drive onsite earthworks and civil construction across NSW transmission and renewables projects. You will mentor crew, coordinate daily works, and uphold a solid safety culture while delivering quality workmanship on time and within budget.

The role is site-based with an emphasis on hands-on leadership, plan reading, and effective collaboration with Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
