Job Description
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and quotes for internal plastering projects.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Reviewing architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
n
Preparing accurate quantities and material take-offs
n
Estimating labour, materials and associated project costs
n
Preparing and submitting quotations and tenders
n
Liaising with builders, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
n
Following up quotations and assisting with securing current work
n
Ensuring estimates are accurate, commercially competitive and delivered on time
n
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n

About you
n
n
Preferred previous estimating experience within plastering,



construction or a related industry
n
Preferred strong knowledge of internal plastering systems, materials and installation
n
Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
n
The ability to read and interpret building plans
n
Strong computer and administration skills
n
Excellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A proactive, commercially minded approach
