Job Description
First Focus IT is seeking an experienced Incident & Change Manager to own and continuously improve our Incident and Change Management functions within a fast-paced MSP setting in Brisbane, Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you will lead major incident responses, audit incidents, drive Post Incident Reviews and elevate Change Management through better workflows, automation and cross‐team collaboration.
