Orford Refrigeration is looking for someone to join our small team. This position is permanent full-time. Our recent team member will be adaptable and willing to undertake a number of diverse tasks.

The candidate will fit the following criteria

must be prepared to comply with all Policy and Procedure and work in accordance with any legal, regulatory or other mandatory obligation
n
You agree that during your employment with Orford Refrigeration and during the hours you are at work, you will devote the whole of your time and attention and abilities to the business of Orford and will use your best endeavour to promote and protect the general interests and welfare of the business of Orford.

You agree to carry out any lawful and reasonable request/orders of Orford to the best of your skill and ability.
n

must have reasonable computer skills and willing to learn new computer systems as required

must be neatly presented

The role includes
n
Take Customer phone calls
n
Assist customer with their enquiries
n
Managing the warranty processes including following up on any outstanding warranty work
n
Provide customer quotes, convert to invoices and email to customers
n
Use the company Reckon system to its fullest extent
n
Pick, pack and ship spare parts
n
Notify the team when stock shortages may occur
n
Function as a product champion
n
Cover the tasks of other team members when required
n
Participating in Asset Management of fleets of commercial refrigerators situated around Australia. Orford supplies commercial refrigerators to a number of international companies and provi
