Job Description

The Phone Surgery is looking for a Mobile Phone Technician/Retail Sales to join our Nowra team based on the South Coast NSW.
n
We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in the technology repair field and has an availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week including weekends and public holidays.
The role includes: n
n
Customer Service
n
Retail sales of accessories
n
Diagnosing problems of mobile phones, tablets and small electronics
n
Repairing electronics - mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, PCs/laptops and game consoles
n
General administration and day to day duties
n
n
We require a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferably Retail or Hospitality.
n
The role includes on the job training with no electronic repair experience required.
