We're looking for someone who
understands payroll and is excited about what AI can do to change it

If you have Australian payroll experience, a great eye for detail and a natural curiosity about technology, this is an opportunity to work on something quite different from a traditional payroll role.
n
You don't need to be an AI expert.
n
We need someone who understands payroll and wants to learn how to use AI to make payroll better.
n
What will you be doing?
n
You'll work across payroll implementation, systems, process improvement and AI.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Helping implement new Australian payroll clients.
n
Reviewing and validating payroll data.
n
Setting up payroll systems and payroll rules.
n
Mapping data between payroll systems.
n
Testing payroll calculations and system functionality.
n
Investigating payroll discrepancies and resolving problems.
n
Assisting with STP, PAYG, superannuation, leave and other payroll requirements.
n
Supporting clients through implementation and go-live.
n
Maintaining implementation documentation and checklists.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes.
n
Helping develop and test automated payroll processes.
n
n
And then there's the AI part...

You will have the opportunity to:

Use AI to help analyse and validate payroll data.

Improve payroll checking and reconciliation.

Reduce repetitive manual work.

Help create smarter payroll implementation processes.

Test new ideas and work out what actually works.

Payroll experience
