The Opportunity

Our client requires an experienced
IT Manager with solid Salesforce administration skills
on an urgent basis to maintain continuity across their IT, systems and data environment.
n
This is a hands-on interim (
fixed-term contract
) role covering infrastructure, Salesforce administration, Microsoft 365 and
website/application
management, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will maintain the organisation's IT network, cloud systems and core infrastructure; manage cybersecurity, backups and business continuity; act as
Salesforce Administrator
(reports, dashboards, workflows); administer
Microsoft 365
(Exchange, SharePoint,



OneDrive); oversee the website/CMS; and be the first point of contact for IT queries and vendor management - keeping things running smoothly with minimal handover time.

Strong
IT and systems management
experience
n
Strong
Microsoft 365
/ SharePoint / cloud infrastructure skills
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
, comfortable liaising with CEO, staff, Board and external vendors
n
Comfortable being hands-on and providing all levels of IT support
, from strategic planning through to day-to-day troubleshooting
n
Comfortable stepping into an existing environment quickly with minimal ramp-up
n
