Nova Auto Innovations is an established automotive repair and maintenance business located in Charlestown, NSW. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles.
n
n
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance.
n
n
Repair and replace defective components.
n
n
Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking and cooling system repairs.
n
n
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.
n
n
Carry out road tests to assess vehicle performance.
n
n
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
n
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n




n
n
Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
n
n
At least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
n
n
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
n
n
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
n
n
Current driver's licence.
n
n
Employment Conditions

Full time permanent position.
n
n
Competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation.
