St George Community Housing (SGCH) is seeking a permanent, full time Building Compliance Specialist to own SGCH's building compliance and essential services programs, ensuring statutory obligations, ESs, and critical assets are well-managed across the portfolio. You will work with contractors, regulators and internal teams, with autonomy to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
