We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6) specialist teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the **** school year and up to the end of Term 1, ****. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Specialist Teachers to join our team in the following learning areas:

We invite applications from K-6 Specialist Teachers ideally with exceptional interpersonal skills, who collaborate to place students at the centre of decision making, believe that all children can learn and succeed, and prioritise restorative practices to build strong, respectful and trusting relationships with students.

A strong understanding of 'Teaching for Impact' strategies to maximise engagement.

An excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and a strong ability to use student achievement data to effectively plan, teach and implement targeted intervention strategies to differentiate within their specialist area.

Expertise and enthusiasm in their specialist learning area, with the ability to engage and inspire students through innovative and inclusive teaching practices.

A commitment to developing student confidence, creativity, curiosity and achievement through meaningful learning experiences.
n
The ability to contribute to whole school priorities and work collaboratively with classroom teachers to support positive student outcomes.

Effective classroom management practices and the capacity to establish positive, supportive learning environments that promote student engagement and wellbeing.

Suitable applicants will ideally be organised, collaborative and reflective practitioners who actively contribute to whole school initiatives and Phase of Learning Team (POLT) planning. As members of a Professional Learning Community (PLC), they will work alongside colleagues to improve student outcomes through shared expertise, data informed practice and continuous improvement.

Suitable applicants will also ideally display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues, a commitment to collaboration and professional growth, and a positive contribution to the school's culture of collective efficacy and shared responsibility for student success.
