The Salvation Army is seeking an ICMI Case Manager for the Homelessness East team, based on-site in Leongatha, VIC. You will deliver intensive, person-centred support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, developing tailored case and safety plans and coordinating access to specialist services.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this permanent full time role offers a rewarding outreach-based approach and opportunities to advocate for clients, strengthen community connections and help
