About the role:
As a Sales Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of the action — connecting customers, sales and service and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll have plenty of variety, with a mix of customer service, sales support, administration and data analysis. If you're someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems and taking ownership, you'll love the variety this role offers.
This is initially a 12-month temporary assignment, with strong potential for extension and opportunities to grow within the organisation.
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
No weekends | No overtime | 37.5 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact via phone and email
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Assist with product, service and general enquiries
Work closely with the sales team on enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep things moving
Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM
Analyse customer and sales data and prepare reports




Resolve enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible
Manage incoming tasks and ensure everything is followed through
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:

You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving ability
Intermediate Excel skills and good general computer literacy
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
