Relationships Australia NT in Darwin is seeking an Intake Officer to be the first point of contact for clients accessing counselling and mediation services. The role involves screening, assessment, referral and case coordination to connect people with the right support.
You will work with counsellors and practitioners to ensure protected, trauma-informed service delivery, maintain client records, and provide administrative support as needed.
